Kitchen Fit Panther® informs you about the components of 5 types of weekly menus, in the categories Main Menus, Fibro Menu, Keto Menus, Vegetarian Menus and Fasting Diet. The various components of the weekly menus are distributed according to the type of menu you choose.
Components are published a week before and are valid for the described period.

Terms for Delivery in Sofia city

Delivery price – BGN 4.00 per day.
The delivery price may reach BGN 5.00 for some more remote areas of the city of Sofia, for which you will be notified in due time.

  • We deliver for tomorrow on orders by 2:00 p.m. Then next day.
  • Delivery of each order is from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. In most cases, by 12:00 p.m. all orders are fulfilled.
  • The kitchen is located in Sofia, Manastirski Livadi quarter – West, under Boyana quarter.
  • The exact delivery time is determined by your location.
    For example:
    If you are close to us as a location, your delivery will be early – before 9:00 AM.
    If you are in a more remote district of the capital, such as Nadezhda or Lyulin, we deliver after 11:00 a.m.
    For those living in the Center, delivery is between 9:00 / 10:00 and 11:00.
  • Sunday is a Day Off.
  • Food for Saturday is ordered on Thursday and delivered on Friday by 2:00 p.m.
  • Order for Monday can be placed no later than 12:00 noon on Sunday.
  • When an all-day menu with breakfast is delivered after 10:00, the first breakfast is reserved for the following day.

How does food arrive in Bulgaria?

Delivery to other cities starts from Tuesday to Friday, and for Friday we deliver 2 menus, one of which is for Saturday:

  • Days off Sunday and Monday.
  • Delivery is carried out with the Econt courier company to the address or office of Econt.
  • The menus are delivered in specially insulated boxes with coolers.
  • Delivery to an Econt office is 3.00 BGN per day up to 2 kg. (one menu).
  • The parcel can be collected from the office no earlier than 9:00 a.m.
  • Delivery to an address is 9.00 BGN, with a fixed time of your choice.
    – For example: (delivery can be by 10:00 a.m. to an address or by 11:00 a.m. to an address).
  • Without a fixed time, the price for delivery to an address is 6.00 BGN.
  • Orders are placed on the previous day by 2:00 p.m.
    – For example: if you order on Monday by 2:00 p.m. – a menu will be delivered to you on Tuesday by a certain time or in a certain Econt office by 9:00 a.m. in the morning.

Can I get food directly from the kitchen?

  • You can take the food from our kitchen – in the morning from 7:00 – until 19:00 in the evening.
  • When receiving the menu directly from our kitchen, 3 BGN delivery is NOT charged.

How is the payment for the meal made?

There are 3 payment methods to us:

  1. With a card through the virtual POS terminal on the Fit Panther website.
  2. With a card in place in the kitchen through a physical POS terminal.
  3. With a card upon delivery to a physical POS terminal provided by the driver.
  4. Bank transfer.
  5. By cash on delivery to the driver or in the on-site kitchen.

With cash on delivery, payment is made on the first delivery for a day, week or month, depending on the subscription plan.

We also issue invoices.

How is a women's or men's menu determined?

Whether to deliver a women’s or men’s menu, Fit Panther Kitchen determines according to the name of the person (name in the profile) who placed the order.

Can I lose weight with Fit Panther's® food?

Yes of course. We offer different configurations of diet menus, personally targeted to each of our clients. According to his goals, desires and motor activity, he can be directed to a certain menu with a different number of components, depending on his caloric expenditure for the day. It can also be calculated what his income will be. After a short free interview, you will be directed to a specific menu.

Menus are available for both weight loss, weight maintenance and weight gain.

Can I heat food with the plate?

Yes, you can heat the food with the plate. It is compostable and biodegradable. Withstands high temperature.

Heating takes place in a microwave oven or oven.

What is the shelf life of the food?

Our food is prepared from natural and healthy products and can be kept for up to 3 days in the refrigerator, without significant changes in its quality.

During what hours can I eat?

The optimal option for disciplined eating is every 3 hours.
Our varied healthy menus offer such an opportunity.

When should take the salad & dessert for all-day menu?

  • The salad can be eaten as an intermediate meal or split with lunch or dinner.
  • Dessert is best eaten around noon or in the early afternoon. Maybe after training, but not late at night.
